Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lisa Health Joy, operated by Health and Healing with Lisa, LLC (“Lisa Health Joy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit lisahealthjoy.com, purchase a program, or subscribe to our emails.

By using our website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you create an account, purchase a program, subscribe to our email list, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, billing details, and any messages you send us. When you take a course, we also collect your progress within that course.

Payment information. Payments are processed securely by our third-party checkout provider. Your full card number is entered directly with that provider and is not stored on our servers. We receive limited information such as confirmation that a payment succeeded and basic order details.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site, using cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide your account, deliver the programs you purchase, and track course progress.
  • Process payments and send receipts and account-related (transactional) emails.
  • Send marketing emails and updates when you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
  • Measure site performance and show relevant ads through analytics and advertising partners.
  • Comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: essential cookies that make the site and your account work; analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) that help us understand how the site is used; and advertisingcookies (such as the Meta Pixel) that help us show and measure ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.

4. Third-Party Services We Share Data With

We share information with trusted service providers only as needed to run our business. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

  • Teachable — checkout and payment processing, course hosting and delivery, account sign-in, and related transactional emails (such as receipts and course-access messages).
  • Kit (ConvertKit) — email list management and marketing emails.
  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising and retargeting measurement.
  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Email Marketing

If you subscribe, we send educational content, updates, and occasional offers through Kit. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Transactional emails (such as login links and purchase receipts) are necessary to provide our services and are not marketing.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and afterward as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing or certain data uses. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and the European Economic Area / United Kingdom (under the GDPR) have additional rights. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond as required by law.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website and programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Visitors

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States. If you access the site from another country, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
