Beet & blueberry liver-love smoothie

Beets are one of the kindest foods for your liver and bile flow, and blueberries bring antioxidants and natural sweetness. Together they make a smoothie that tastes like a treat but works like support. This is a staple in the 3-Day Metabolism Reset.

Ingredients

  • 1 small cooked beet (or 1/2 cup pre-cooked)
  • 3/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 banana (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1 cup water, or unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp ground flax or chia
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon

Method

  1. Add everything to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, 45–60 seconds.
  3. Add a little more liquid to reach the texture you like.
  4. Drink fresh — ideally in the morning.
